We are passionate about helping you find mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. We believe you have the potential to live authentically and courageously in spite of your circumstances. The horses (and other animals) here make great partners for your therapeutic journey, and the ranch environment is peaceful and natural. You’ll feel safe, seen, and heard.

“Take Heart” is a battle cry to hold onto hope and have courage while facing seemingly impossible situations. Take Heart is named for the following verses in the Bible which inspire hope not only for the future, but for the present as well:

  • In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. – Jesus (John 16:33)
  • Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord. – David (Psalm 31:24)
  • I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. – David (Psalm 27:13-14)
