Equine Learning & Growth Groups

Take the Reins is a supportive group for teenage girls who want to build confidence and feel more comfortable in themselves and their relationships. Through guided experiences with horses and group activities, participants learn to manage big emotions, communicate more clearly, and navigate friendships with greater ease.
