Rooted in Remembrance:
Young Adults’ Grief Therapy Group
Rooted in Remembrance is a small, supportive group for young adults (20’s and 30’s) who have lost a parent and are learning how to live with that loss. Through time spent with horses, participants are invited to slow down, listen to their bodies, and find steadiness in the midst of grief. There is space to reflect, feel, and connect—without pressure to talk more than you’re comfortable with. This group offers a grounded, compassionate environment to honor your grief while gently finding meaning, connection, and a sense of rootedness again.
The Inside Out Herd:
Youth Self-Discovery Equine Therapy Group
The Inside Out Herd is an equine-assisted group for teens who want to better understand themselves and learn how to manage emotions with more awareness and confidence. Through mindful, hands-on experiences with horses, participants explore emotional responses, body awareness, and patterns that shape how they show up in the world. The group focuses on understanding personal experiences, reclaiming inner strength, and rediscovering one’s authentic self at a pace that feels respectful and empowering. Unbridled offers a grounded path toward healing, resilience, and renewed connection—both within and beyond the herd.
Free Rein:
Equine-Assisted Play Therapy for Children
Free Rein is an equine-assisted play therapy group for children ages 5–12, designed to meet kids exactly where they are and give them the space, safety, and support to heal, grow, and just be a kid again. Through the intentional integration of play therapy techniques in the ranch environment, Free Rein gives children a therapeutic language that doesn’t require words. Alongside our gentle horse partners, children engage in expressive, imaginative, and movement-based experiences designed to unlock what traditional talk therapy can’t always reach.
Pathfinders:
Equine Group Therapy for Kids & Teens Navigating Family Change
When a family’s story changes, kids and teens need more than reassurance — they need a place to process, belong, and find their footing again. Pathfinders is a therapeutic group for children ages 8–12 and teens ages 13–17 who are navigating the complexities of family change — whether that’s divorce or separation, blended family life, or foster and adoptive family transitions. Pathfinders uses the power of equine-assisted therapy to help young people move through the hard stuff and discover a new path forward — together.
